O-Ku is opening in six days! We got the Certificate of Occupancy today, so they're working on the finishing touches and staff training.

An adaptive reuse for Fine Rugs of Charleston, under jurisdiction of CCDRB (2008). The showroom is located adjacent to the train tracks into the City, so the renovation is inspired by historic train sheds.
